Our Introduction Voucher Programme has been developed to help bring clients together with salons, clinics, therapists and instructors.

The 15% discount is an incentive to try a new treatment/therapy with a new business or therapist to help you decide what is going to work for you.

Introduction Voucher - Terms & Conditions

FOR CLIENTS

• Introduction Vouchers can be used on your first visit and on your first treatment to any of the businesses displaying the Introduction Vouchers Accepted icon on this website. As this programme is new, you may find other businesses are willing to accept the vouchers but have not signed up as yet, so please check with any salons, clinics or therapists you may wish to visit.
• Appointments must be booked in advance and please make the business aware at the time of making the booking that you would like to use an introduction voucher.
• The voucher can only be used once and should be handed to the business at the time of receiving the 15% discount.
• The Body Guide does not guarantee acceptance of this voucher. Vouchers are accepted at the discretion of the business displaying the BGV symbol however we will investigate any non acceptance.
• The Body Guide cannot and does not guarantee any treatment provided by the businesses/therapists listed on the website.  Any concerns with your treatment should be taken up with the provider of the treatment.  We will investigate any concerns which may relate to the information displayed on the website. 
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

FOR SALONS, CLINICS, THERAPISTS, INSTRUCTORS

• This voucher is not redeemable from the Body Guide. It is an introduction voucher whose aim is encourage new clients to try new treatments or salons/clinics/therapists.
• Please visit the website periodically to check that your listing details are correct.  You can update your details at anytime by logging into your account.
• Please make sure you have checked the box to accept Introduction Vouchers if you wish to accept them from new clients. You will find this within the Vouchers / Promotions section when you log in to your account. The Introduction Voucher icon which indicates that you accept these Vouchers will appear on your listing page and on the list of businesses in the area, results page.

* Introduction Vouchers cannot be used against procedures or treatments performed by medical practitioners.
